- Electronic Reports: The same paper reports can be made available in an electronic format and sent to your organisation monthly.
- On-line web reporting: Smart Data gives instant access to your transaction information at any time and anywhere you are. You only need a simple secured Internet interface.
For Cardholders
A card statement is sent by mail to each cardholder to assist in reconciling with his personal expense reports.
In addition, Smart Data can also be set-up to provide individual access to cardholders' information in order to organize their personal electronic Expense Reports.
